Albert Antonyan, MD, FAAD
Dr. Antonyan is a Board Certified Dermatologist and a Board Certified Micrographic Dermatologic Surgeon (MOHS surgeon), who specializes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, and treats dermatologic conditions in patients of all ages. As a Board Certified Micrographic Dermatologic Surgeon (MOHS surgeon), Dr. Antonyan also specializes in the removal of specific types of high-risk and complex skin cancers that are best suited to treatment with micrographic surgery. He grew up in Southeast Michigan, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Detroit Mercy. He went on to graduate at the top of his medical school class with High Distinction and Comprehensive Honors from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Antonyan then served as Chief Resident of his Transitional Year Internship program at Wayne State University School of Medicine, and Chief Resident of his Dermatology Residency program at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Antonyan is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and a member of the American Medical Association, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the California Medical Association, and the Los Angeles County Medical Association.
In addition to caring for his wonderful patients, Dr. Antonyan enjoys spending time with his loving wife, Holly (and their cat), playing golf, and enjoying all the wonders that California has to offer. Dr. Antonyan and his wife Holly Antonyan, NP, are grateful for the opportunity to care for the wonderful people of their community at Hillside Dermatology, their home away from home.
Holly Antonyan, NP
Holly is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of medical and cosmetic dermatology experience. Prior to her career as an NP, Holly travelled all over the country as a neonatal ICU nurse. She received her nursing degree, RN, BSN, from the University of Texas medical branch in Galveston, Texas, and her Masters of Science and Nursing and Nurse Practitioner degree at California State University Long Beach. Holly is originally from Canyon Lake, Texas, and lived in Austin after nursing school where she began her bedside nursing career in the NICU. Travel-nursing brought Holly to the Los Angeles area, where she worked as a nurse at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. She later moved to the South Bay area and worked at Torrance Memorial and Little Company of Mary hospitals while obtaining her Nurse Practitioner degree.
Holly is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and has specialized in Dermatology since graduating in 2011. Her early career includes experiences at Ava MD, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica, as well as Skin by Lovely, Santa Monica. She joined Coast Dermatology in Torrance, CA in 2015, specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology, particularly Botox and fillers.
Holly and her husband, Board Certified Dermatologist and MOHS surgeon Albert Antonyan, MD, FAAD, are grateful for the opportunity to now start their own practice, Hillside Dermatology, and care for the wonderful people in the very community they call home.
Matthew Olin, PA-C
Matt is a Nationally-Certified Physician Assistant who has worked in the field of dermatology since 2006, after completing his medical training through the UC Davis FNP/PA Program. He is a fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and a member of the California Academy of Physician Assistants and the California Dermatology Physician Assistant Society. Matt treats skin diseases in patients of all ages and skin types, with a focus on prevention and early detection of skin cancer. In addition to dedication to providing high quality, comforting, and thorough patient care, he also has a passion for teaching and has served as preceptor to PA students completing dermatology rotations.
Matt completed his undergraduate studies at UCLA where he earned a B.A. in History and was an 8-time Varsity Letterman in Cross Country and Track & Field. He was also selected to the Pac-10 All-Academic Team and Dean’s Honor List. Matt has lived and worked in the South Bay since 2009. In his free time he enjoys running, skateboarding, and spending time with his wife and son.
Matt is excited to bring his experience to Hillside Dermatology starting September 1, 2025, and join us in delivering exceptional patient care to our community!
